Beat Fleischmann
General Manager

Mr. Beat Fleischmann, who was born in Berne, graduated from a hotel management school after completing an apprenticeship as waiter and chef. He also took a number of courses at the University of St. Gallen and graduated from the College of Viticulture in Wädenswil. He is no stranger to the Saanenland having been employed by the Steigenberger Hotels in Saanen-Gstaad, Davos and Konstanz. He was previously managing director of the Hotel Bellevue-Park Plaza in Interlaken, the Hotel Timing in Paris, the Grand Hôtel in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage and the Park Plaza Hotels in Leipzig, Dresden and Wittenberg. Right before his nomination as General Manager of the Grand Hotel Bellevue, he was responsible for running the Airport Hotel Basel.

Dominic Streule
Vice General Manager

Mr. Dominic Streule holds a Swiss, federally-recognised HF-Hotelier Restaurateur Diploma and began his career as an apprentice chef. He can look back on a wealth of experience in first class hotels in Switzerland and, in his capacity as Front Office Manager, has been in charge of the reception desk at the Grand Hotel Bellevue since 2005. In March 2009 Dominic Streule took on additional administrative and representational duties for the management in his new role of deputy general manager.
