Rudolph Schiesser (*1959)
Chairman and delegate of the board of directors

After obtaining a commercial diploma, Mr. Schiesser studied at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and at Cornell University (Ithaca, New York). During the course of his career he spent three years as general manager of the Hotel Imperial Palace (Annecy, France) and was general manager of the Hotel Les Trois Rois (Basel) from 1994 to 2007. Mr. Schiesser is chairman of the board of directors of the Grand Casino Basel and of the Airport Hotel Basel and also a member of the board of Confiserie Schiesser (Basel). He is also lessee of the Hotel Touring au Lac (Neuchâtel).

Dr. Jürg Greuter (*1956)

Dr. Greuter is a lawyer and solicitor. After obtaining a law degree from the University of Basel he began his career as an Associate with a law firm in Zurich. He has been a partner in the law firm Dietrich Greuter Wunder Abt Möcklin in Basel since 1990. Dr. Greuter is also a member of the boards of Medartis AG (Basel) and Tschudin & Heid (Waldenburg) amongst others.

Hans Wiedemann

Hans Wiedemann ist in Basel geboren und absolvierte in Lausanne die Hotelfachschule, in dessen International Advisory Board er heute mitwirkt. Nach verschiedenen Tätigkeiten in der Schweiz arbeitete er 13 Jahren lang in Australien, wo er zuletzt fünf Hotels mit 2000 Angestellten leitete. In China baute er ein Hotel mit 600 Zimmern und 1300 Angestellten auf, ehe er, nicht zuletzt wegen seiner beiden Kinder Raphael und Rebecca, in die Schweiz zurückkam. Während 9 Jahren leitete er das damals der Swissair und der Nestlé gehörende Palace in Montreux. Seit 2004 ist Hans Wiedemann als Managing Director im Badrutt's Palace Hotel St. Moritz tätig. Er ist Mitglied des Stiftungsrates Hotel Archive Schweiz.
